National Construction Workforce LLC builds the skilled labor pipeline for 3D additive construction — the fastest-growing technology in the built environment. We train workers. We build houses. We change the industry.
3D concrete printing is not the future — it's happening now. The only missing piece is trained people who know how to run it.
Our training happens on active construction sites and in production facilities. Apprentices learn by doing — not in a classroom watching videos.
NCW holds the first U.S. Department of Labor registered apprenticeship program for 3D Additive Construction Systems in the country. Program #2026-FL-142108.
Individual Training Account (ITA) vouchers through CareerSource and local workforce boards cover training costs — making our program accessible to anyone qualified.
Apprentices start at $18/hr and progress to $35/hr journey worker wages over 24 months. This is a real career, not a certification program.
Our federal program number (RAPIDS 0365) operates across state lines. FL, GA, SC, TX, and CO — the same DOL registration, the same high standard everywhere.
Our registered apprenticeship combines on-the-job learning with related technical instruction — building operators who understand every system on a 3DCP site.
Every graduate of the NCW program can operate 3D concrete printing systems end-to-end — from material prep and pump management to machine operation, site coordination, and quality control.
We offer multiple entry points — whether you're an employer building a crew or an individual starting a career in construction technology.
Our flagship training product. Small cohorts of 12–15 participants get hands-on time with the machine, material, pump systems, and site workflow. ITA-funded through local CareerSource workforce boards.
Formal enrollment in the NCW DOL-registered program. Apprentices work on active 3DCP job sites, log OJL hours, and progress through wage increases tied to skill milestones.
Developers and GCs building with 3DCP technology can plug their workforce into the NCW program. We handle the DOL compliance, RAPIDS administration, and RTI coordination — you focus on building.
RAPIDS code 0365 is our federal key. It opens apprenticeship registration in every state in the country — no starting over, no rebuilding from scratch.
RTI site at ProBuild 3D, Palm City. Cohorts launching September 2026.
Direct reciprocity from FL program. No new standards required.
Trident Technical College partnership. $1,000/apprentice/yr tax credit.
No reciprocity required. RAPIDS 0365 operates directly. Austin project underway.
99-unit project partnership. Program sponsorship model.
National Construction Workforce LLC is the first organization in the country building 3D concrete printed homes at scale while simultaneously building the registered apprenticeship workforce to do it.
NCW isn't a training company that learned about construction. It's a construction operator that built a training company because the workforce didn't exist. Everything we teach comes from real sites, real problems, and real builds.
The U.S. Department of Labor recognized our apprenticeship program in June 2026 — the first of its kind for 3D Additive Construction Systems anywhere in the country.
Whether you're an employer looking to train a crew, a developer needing certified labor, or an individual ready to start a career — we want to hear from you.
