NCW holds the first registered apprenticeship in the country for 3D Additive Construction Systems — registered with the Florida Department of Education, the State Apprenticeship Agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Labor, and carried in the national RAPIDS system. Program #2026-FL-142108 | RAPIDS 0365.
Our apprenticeship is listed on Florida's Eligible Training Provider List (Provider 2344727 | Program 165704). Participants who qualify under WIOA may be able to use an Individual Training Account through their local CareerSource board to help cover training costs. Eligibility and award amounts are determined by the workforce board, not by NCW.
Apprentices start at $18/hr and step up to $31.50/hr over 24 months, then earn $35/hr as a journey worker. This is a real career, not a certification program.
We train where we build — in the six-county Heartland at the center of Florida. Local workers, local job sites, and a credential that travels with them anywhere.

Veterans already know how to run heavy equipment, follow a procedure, and hold a standard. 3D construction printing is machine work — which means a veteran who can no longer swing a hammer all day can still run a job site. The robot does the lifting. The operator runs the build.
Our veterans track runs inside the same registered apprenticeship as every other apprentice — same instructor, same machine, same credential. We are working with the Florida Department of Veterans' Affairs State Approving Agency so that VA education benefits can be applied to this program. Veteran Readiness & Employment (Chapter 31) is a separate VA authority, and we are developing that pathway directly with VR&E. Every graduate of the NCW program can operate 3D concrete printing systems end-to-end — from material prep and pump management to machine operation, site coordination, and quality control.
We offer multiple entry points — whether you're an employer building a crew or an individual starting a career in construction technology.
Our flagship training product. Small cohorts of 12–15 participants get hands-on time with the machine, material, pump systems, and site workflow. Delivered on site at our production facility.
Formal enrollment in the NCW registered apprenticeship. Apprentices work on active 3DCP job sites, log OJL hours, and progress through wage increases tied to skill milestones.
Developers and GCs building with 3DCP technology can plug their workforce into the NCW program. We handle the DOL compliance, RAPIDS administration, and RTI coordination — you focus on building.

NCW isn't a training company that learned about construction. It's a construction operator that built a training company because the workforce didn't exist. Everything we teach comes from real sites, real problems, and real builds.
